The official language of the Congress is English.

• Registration

1. All participants wishing to participate in WCGB 2024 must complete online registration.
2. Online registration is only possible through the WCGB 2024 website. Registration via email and fax is not permitted.
3. There is no online group registration function. All participants must register individually and complete the registration process.
4. Upon arrival you will receive a Congress kit that includes the printed materials of the Congress and your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Congress and to all official Congress events. 

• Visas

Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to Thailand.
Participants are requested to check with their local Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.

• Invitation Letters

Official letters of invitation designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be made upon request. In order to receive an invitation letter for visa purposes, send an email to rikky@ifengcongress.com with the following information:

Please note that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Congress Organizer to provide any financial assistance.

• Liability & Insurance

The Congress Organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants of WCGB 2024.

• Dress Code

Dress code is informal for all occasions.
