Registration Change & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to Dec. 25, 2023 will be subject to a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received before Jan.25, 2024 will be subject to a 50% administration fee. Later cancellations will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted. Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
